On the 5th September I made the drive to Stockwood Park, Luton for a wedding I had very much been looking forward to since my meeting with the Bride Camille and her sister about 5 weeks prior. Bridal prep was in full swing with Camille being assisted by her two sisters and her mum and several other family members. She couldn’t stop smiling and looked simply stunning, she has to be one of the most relaxed brides on the morning of their wedding I have seen and why wouldn’t she be she was about to marry the love of her life.
Camille hadn’t yet decided if she would be wearing a tiara or one of two veils but between her, myself, the bridesmaids and the hair and make up ladies we decided on one and set about pinning it in her hair (there wasn’t a comb attached – you truly do do a bit of everything as a wedding photographer)
Here are a few images from their day.
Bridal prep took place at the Brides home in Luton Hertfordshire
We visited the beautiful Stockwood Park in Luton for some bridal portraits following the ceremony. This is my favourite time on the wedding day for photographs, it is an opportunity to capture some images for the couple that they will treasure forever and be able to pass down generations to come.
And not only did we get one bridal prep, we got two! The bride was from the Philippines and the Groom Indian so they each changed into traditional dress for the evening.
I always like to try and do a little something special for my couples. This time it was the grooms turn.

Deciding what to wear and how to prepare for your pre wedding shoot can often be more stressful than the shoot itself.
Unless of course you have a cheeky little prep post like this one to help you along that is.
Your session will either take place at sunrise or sunset (preferably) so we can get some of that gorgeous golden light. It will last for up to 90 minutes which should give us time for at least two outfit changes.read more
