Autumn Tipi Wedding at Harringworth Viaduct
Autumn tipi wedding
The very fact that I haven’t yet blogged this incredible Autumn wedding with the most beautiful Terracotta colour scheme is to be honest, a complete travesty!
Chloe is a wedding planning master (she actually now runs her own wedding planning business Daffodil Event planning), most of the styling on the day was done by Chloe and her fabulous husband James, from wedding favours of small corked bottles full of toffee vodka (yum) to hand picked pumpkins and ivy rings suspended from the top of the tipi.
The flowers really brought everything together, with an Arch at the entry to the Church and another inside, as well as the breathtakingly beautiful bouquets all created by the one and only Isobel from Pickleberry flowers.
Bridal Party outfits
Chloe was ahead of the seasons choosing dresses in a gorgeous velvet brick red from Everpretty. Chloe’s dress was from the designer Suzanne Neville purchased from the team at Serendipity Brides in Northamptonshire.
James and his Groomsmen looked sharp in their navy blue suits complete with Terracotta coloured ties and pocket squares to match the bridesmaids.
Styling the tipi
Chloe and James had a Tipi from Serentipi in the village that James grew up in, Harringworth. They were able to have their tipi right near the Harringworth viaduct which really created some picture perfect moments for their portraits later in the day, it really is such a unique venue for a wedding reception.
The wedding stationery was all designed by Chloe and James and it all tied in beautifully.
Their wedding cake was made by a family friend and incorporated the Terracotta tones as well as a little character of a dog to remember their dog Boo, a huge part of their lives who sadly passed away before their wedding day.
The first dance and portraits
Chloe and James’s first dance was spectacular! They had it choreographed by two of their friends and danced to Michael Buble – Everything. They even performed a lift a the end which really got the guests cheering. They danced well in to the night, looked after by the incredible Funked Up Band.
